THREE SOURCING ROUTES

From an existing item to your own range.

01

Select an existing design

A reference item or existing supplier model can provide a starting point. Confirm the construction, available colours and pack format. Ask for the actual sample and quote basis instead of assuming all images in a catalogue share the same availability or specification.

02

Adapt the branding and packing

Add the approved logo, labels, sleeve or box where the supplier and process permit. Product, printing and packaging minimums may differ. Review a fully packed sample so the brand presentation and product fit are approved together.

03

Build a mixed assortment

Start with a SKU list and a shared buying objective. Keep specifications, quantities and approvals separate for each product. Consolidation can bring cargo together, while a single assortment map keeps the range understandable at the receiving end.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE AN ITEM

What is useful to know about the range.

Availability is checked for the exact product, quantity and version you request. Send your reference and requirements so we can review current supplier options, minimum quantities and sample availability.

Send a clear reference and intended use. Feasibility, supplier suitability and the required support are reviewed before a scope is agreed. Electrical, medical, ingestible and other technically demanding products should be identified explicitly rather than assumed to fall within everyday accessories.

Send a product reference, quantity, branding and packing requirements. We use these details to request a quotation for your version, with the product specification and commercial scope clearly stated.
