Information you send

The sourcing form collects your name, work email, destination and product requirements. Company name, product category and estimated quantity are optional. Please leave payment information and sensitive personal documents out of an initial inquiry.

How inquiries are used

Inquiry details are used to assess the product request, prepare a sourcing discussion and respond to you. Sending a sourcing inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored in the website administration system and can generate an email notification for follow-up. Access is intended for authorised administrators handling the request. Hosting and email services support this processing.

Project follow-up

Relevant inquiry records may be used during a project discussion and related business administration. If information in your inquiry changes, please send a correction so the project record can be reviewed.

Privacy requests

Use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request” to ask about an inquiry, request a correction or discuss removal of a stored record. Include the email address used for the original inquiry so the request can be identified.
