BEFORE YOU START
The scope depends on the products, number of suppliers and tasks required. Product cost, service fees, inspection, testing, storage and transport should be listed clearly in a project quotation.
Selected support can be scoped around suppliers you already use, such as order follow-up, inspection coordination or consolidation. Tell us which tasks you need and who has final approval.
Requirements depend on the product and destination. Identify applicable requirements before ordering and arrange specialist document review or testing when needed. A visual inspection does not replace compliance testing.
Timing depends on sampling, customisation, production, inspection and transport. Agree milestones after the brief and supplier options are confirmed; an estimated production period is not a guaranteed arrival date.
No. Pricing and quality depend on the agreed specification and execution. We focus on comparable quotations, documented approvals and inspection findings that support your buying decision.

| You already have… | Support to discuss | Approval or output |
|---|---|---|
| A product idea or reference | Product sourcing and supplier comparison. | A clarified brief, comparable offers and a sample plan. |
| An item that needs your brand | Private-label and packaging coordination. | Decorated sample, approved artwork and packed reference. |
| A supplier and an order | Defined follow-up or quality-control coordination. | Status evidence, inspection findings and a release decision path. |
| Several suppliers shipping to one destination | Receiving and consolidation planning. | Reconciled SKU and carton records with an agreed handover. |
| A complete buying team outside China | Selected local tasks with a reporting scope. | A responsibility map, updates and documented exceptions. |
WHAT A SERVICE AGREEMENT SHOULD CLARIFY
Describe the product, suppliers, tasks and project milestones. Identify which party provides the specification, approves samples and artwork, authorises additional spending and releases goods. A general request for “full service” can hide different expectations about testing, visits, rework or transport.
Ask for the commercial scope in writing, including deliverables, external costs and exclusions. If the order changes, update the scope before adding work. The useful measure is whether you know what will be done, what evidence you will receive and which decisions remain yours.
